A brand new three bedroom apartment in Broadbeach, our brief was to create a casual coastal/ boho retreat, offering complete calm and relaxation for the apartment to be used primarily for Airbnb. As the building itself was quite modern, we included unique cane and rattan furniture pieces with beautiful curved lines to soften the space. We utilised a warm, neutral colour palette in the living areas combined with authentic coastal colours in the bedrooms, adding texture to create a soft boho element. Boasting 360 degree views of the hinterland, we have created a space that balances both views and coastal location. Custom furniture and soft furnishings were carefully curated to add depth and layer the spaces in order to maximise smaller areas. These curations have created a soothing sense of calm with a timeless luxury to facilitate all kinds of getaways.
