Online Store Purchases:
Shipping:
Shipping is calculated automatically based on the number of items, size and weight. All items are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise discussed with Urban Edge. Large items cannot be shipped but are available for in-store pick-up, as advised on our website. All orders are sent within two business days of the order being received. Customers will be updated with tracking information upon item(s) being sent.
Return/exchange:
Please shop carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note at the discretion of Urban Edge staff. This policy is non-negotiable. Customers must advise Urban Edge of their intent to return an item within 7 days of purchase by emailing shop@urbanedgestyle.com.au.
If agreed, items can be returned in person to the Urban Edge Boutique, or customers can post items back in original condition and packaging at their own expense.
Customers must receive authorisation before posting items back to Urban Edge with the intent of return. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs in order to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the package does not reach us safely or is damaged in transit, we will not be able to complete the return/exchange so we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for safe delivery. Please ensure you package your item securely. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchase shipping insurance. Urban Edge is not responsible for items when in the possession of Australia Post or any other courier/delivery company.
Non-returnable items:
Any item which has been removed from it's original packaging is deemed to be no longer in a saleable condition and can thus not be returned. In the interest of hygiene, Bedding cannot be returned.
Faulty or damaged items:
If an item is defective or damaged, you must email Urban Edge within 3 days of receiving your item. Items may be replaced or orders refunded at the discretion of Urban Edge.
Refunds (where applicable):
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds can take up to 30 days to reach a customer's bank account. Please contact your financial institution if you have no received funds as expected.
Sale items:
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
