    Shipping:

    Shipping is calculated per items size and weight. For applicable homewares items we have a flat rate of $14.95 which increases incrementally dependant on size and weight. Some items that are too large or bulky may only be available for click and collect, or the option to contact us to provide a shipping quote based on specific details and delivery location. All items are available for free, same day click and collect. Please allow 1-3 business days for freight quotes. Please allow 1-3 business days for all other shipping to be fulfilled.

    Return/exchange:
    Please shop carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, products may be returned for an exchange or credit note only. This policy is non-negotiable. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Non-returnable items:

    • gift cards
    • bed linen* (hygiene reasons)
    • any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

    To complete your return/exchange:

    We will provide you with a return approval number / please return your item with your packing slip and reason for return?
    Please ship your items back to us as per address below.

    Faulty or damaged items:

    If item is defective or damaged, you must email us + advise within 3 days of receiving your item. If the item is faulty we will cover the shipping cost back to us.

    Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


    To return your product, AFTER obtaining a return approval number, you should mail your product to -

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the package does not reach us safely or is damaged in transit, we will not be able to complete the return/exchange so we strongly recommend you use a tracked shipping method for safe delivery.  Please ensure you package your item securely. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service + purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Refunds (if applicable):
    We only refund items if they are defective or damaged.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
