This sophisticated penthouse is located at Sunland's Marina Residences at Royal Pines. It features a central galley style kitchen with extensive use of high gloss dark timber, resulting in a striking glamorous vibe. We presented the client with a strong black, white a copper colour scheme incorporating a lot of fabrics and textures to not only compliment the drama of the internal finishes but also to create a softer, more welcoming atmosphere.
