We are always delighted when a past client returns, and this is the 3rd time we have worked with them. Our client lives with his 3 teenage children and we wanted to create something unique, fun and casual whilst complimenting the excellence of the building finishes.
The "White" building is located in Main beach and this apartment covers the entire floor and so we had the luxury of plenty of space to work with. The lift opens out onto a huge living / kitchen / dining space which in turn spills out onto the large balcony. We opted for a light neutral colour base which was anchored by teals and spice tones. This was then turned up in volume with the spectacular Catherine Martin wallpaper in the media room.
There is extensive use of linen and texture throughout creating a breezy summer feel to the whole apartment.
The curved style of both the modular sofa in the living room and the outdoor occasional chairs adds a distinctly modern vibe which was so important for the character of the home and reflects the youthful nature of the family.
